Roger Koskinen, President

• Roger has been a chaplain to juveniles for over 30 years
• He has worked with county and state institutions to develop groups, and mentoring opportunities, for at-risk youth
• Roger has trained many staff, interns, and volunteers to equip them in helping teenagers find direction
