Vision

Every juvenile detained throughout the state of Minnesota will have the opportunity to hear and respond to the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ while in a Juvenile Detention Center (JDC) or Correctional Facility. Arise Ministries seeks to see God permanently and positively transform the lives of youth through a coordinated network that reaches juvenile offenders.

Mission

To share the love, hope, and redemption found in Jesus Christ with at-risk youth through personal presence, chapels, worship services, Bible Studies, prayer, encouragement, ongoing relational ministry, and special outreach efforts such as the Christmas Hope Project.
