A Legacy That Continues
Roger Koskinin passed away in February 2025, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, perseverance, and unwavering faith. His impact continues to shape Arise Ministries today.
The ministry is now led by a dedicated board of directors and Executive Director Tim Anderson, who carry forward Roger’s vision: bringing the hope of Christ to young people in juvenile detention through consistent presence, meaningful relationships, and the truth of Scripture.

Arise Ministries remains committed to serving youth in detention with the same heart that Roger modeled for more than fifty years. As we move forward, we honor his legacy by continuing to show up, speak hope, and remind every young person we meet that their story is not over.
